Altis Property Partners engaged PPC to Project & Construction Manage their 40 Talavera Road New Entry off Khartoum Road as part of the overall asset re-positioning.
PPC’s role included design development, tender, engagement of contractor’s, supervision, management of design & construction, tenant liaison with building management and progress reporting.
We worked closely with Altis, their facility management team and other tenants to deliver the project. The works consisted of make good management, demolishing of the existing brick and glazed entry including roof.

Installation of new footings, supply & installation of new precast concrete walls and roof connected back to the existing building with new automatic door entry, internal finishes, Switchboard upgrades paving and landscaping, signage and driveways.
The works were delivered in close proximity to existing tenants and the main entry loading dock for all vehicles. PPC’s communication and detailed planning ensured the works were delivered without interruption to the existing operations on site.
