The Fine Food Store engaged PPC to project & construction manage the refurbishment of their café at The Rocks. The café is located in a heritage building within the rocks and the works required close interface with Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (SHFA).
The refurbishment was completed in a 2 week time frame with detailed pre-planning of design and procurement. PPC liaised with the client on a daily basis to ensure the schedule was maintained.

A pop up café was set up outside the café to minimise impact to their trading. The project required almost full demolition of internal walls to allow the space to be open plan and inviting.
The space also expanded to the outside by building new windows and banquette seating and tables with planter boxes drawing clients to the outside. The project was very successful based on the positive feedback from customers on the re-opening.
