The Pepper Group were expanding their operation in three locations and required the works to be completed within a tight timeframe. PPC were awarded the Parramatta project initially via competitive tender. Those works involved design management, procurement and delivery of the fitout works.
This project involved close liaison with the client to enable design decisions to be made to meet the project timeframe but ensure right outcome for end users.

Following the successful completion of the Parramatta project, Pepper Group awarded 3 separate projects at Pepper North Sydney and one in Melbourne. This has expanded their operation to an additional floor and an extension of their existing facilities within an existing operational environment.
