Hawks on Second, Residential Dedevelopment

The site comprises 6,500m² of land that was once known as the "Hawks on Second" bowling club. Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club engaged PPC to develop the site and provide strategic advice on their extensive property portfolio in 2012.
PPC progressed the site through the planning approval process which enabled a masterplan approval by Ryde Council for the site for 31 townhouses via a site specific Development Control Plan (DCP). Subsequently a Development Application was obtained.

PPC managed all aspects of this project including feasibility, planning approvals and design. The masterplan outcome for the site managed by PPC resulted in significant upside for the site development potential.
