Upon referral from our client Pepper Property, PPC was awarded the design and construction of this independent corporate advisory group’s Level 20 space within the prestigious Governor Phillip Tower in Sydney’s CBD.

The necessary project completion date resulted in an extremely ambitious program which would require all works take place over the Christmas period. PPC willingly accepted this challenge in order to achieve our client’s aspiration.

Grant Samuel’s Sydney commercial office scope involved the complete strip out the existing space and provision of a new fit-out for the advisory business including new;

  • Removal and modification of existing services;
  • Meeting rooms and revised office layout;
  • Joinery;
  • Workstations;
  • Ceiling grid and tiles;
  • Carpet;
  • FFE.

The above mentioned works commenced on the 24th of December 2016 and were delivered under budget on the 4th of January 2017. Grant Samuel were ecstatic with the end result and further extended PPC’s services for additional works to their client floor, amenities and End of Trip Facilities.
