PPC to Lead Project Management for Santa Sabina’s State-of-the-Art Sports Centre and Aquatic Facility
Exciting news! PPC has been engaged by Santa Sabina to Project Manage this outstanding Sports Centre and Aquatic Facility at Santa Sabina College. We look forward to partnering with the College and the Project Team to deliver this Project for the Santa Sabina Community.
Santa Sabina College, an elite Catholic girls’ school, is preparing for a significant redevelopment of its Strathfield site. The proposed Project includes the construction of a new Sports Centre and Aquatic Facility, featuring indoor sports courts, a gym, offices, and a heated outdoor swimming pool. The estimated cost for the development is $50 million, which also covers landscaping and basement parking. The school aims to utilise these facilities not only for sports activities but also as an Examination Centre and Community Event Space. Principal Paulina Skerman emphasises the importance of supporting students’ health and wellbeing through such amenities. Construction is projected to commence in July 2025, pending approval from the Department of Planning. Detailed plans will be released later this year.
