PPC were engaged as the Development Manager and Project Manager on the Affinity project from acquisition through to construction completion.

The project comprised 57 apartments over 2 buildings with a common basement and common areas.

Our role included all aspects of authority approvals, design management and site superintendent under the building contract. We also managed the project finance agreement with debt facility provider ANZ bank.
