Project 1: Coca-Cola Northmead 102 & 128 Briens Road Northmead, 734kW and 3.5MW Solar Installation
Cost: $6.5 million
Our Role: Project Management and Site Superintendent
Scope: Project Management Review of a substantial Solar Installation as a Superintendent for CCEP. PPC’s role included design, safety WHS, quality assurance, scheduling, planning meetings, and risk impact assessment to ensure seamless delivery without operational disruptions.
Project 2: Coca-Cola Eastern Creek Waste Management Facility Relocation and Upgrade
Cost: $640,000
Our Role: Project and Construction Management
Scope: Project and Construction Management of converting an existing hard stand area into a waste management facility, including lighting tower supports, compactor relocations, and regulatory approvals.
Project 3: Internal Wash Bay Facility Refurbishment
Cost: $650,000
Our Role: Project and Construction Management
Scope: Demolition and refurbishment of the existing facility, including structural modifications, service upgrades, pallet racking, and line marking, with comprehensive project management and financial tracking.
Project 4: Coca-Cola Northmead Store Part Demolition and ACM Roof Replacement
Cost: $2.9 million
Our Role: Project Management
Scope: Project management and implementation of Complying Development Certificate (CDC) for ACM roof replacement and new façade wall installation, ensuring minimal impact on site operations and maintaining high WHS standards. This required close daily interface with the on-site management team to ensure every aspect of the project was carefully planned and implemented.
