PPC commenced this project in an advisory role assisting Pymble Ladies’ College in 2021 as the chair of the project PCG. In July 2022, our role was extended to Project Management of the project through to the Head Contractor procurement, Authority Approval close out and as Site Superintendent delivering the project over a 24-month period.
The GHP project involved construction of a five-storey building to accommodate the following:
A key aspect of PPC’s role was working with the College and the Contractor to manage the delivery of the project located within close proximity of existing operations of the College to avoid disruption, and ensuring the design intent was maintained for internal spatial and landscaped areas as inspiring multi-functional, flexible, accessible, and safe areas for students and staff.
