PYMBLE LADIES’ COLLEGE – SECONDARY INNOVATION PRECINCT (SIP)

PPC commenced its involvement with the Secondary Innovation Precinct (SIP) project in an advisory capacity, supporting Pymble Ladies’ College in the planning stages. Our role evolved to encompass comprehensive project management, overseeing design development procurement, authority approvals, and including the Site Superintendent as the project progresses to delivery.

The SIP represents the final development under the College’s Master Plan 2020, aiming to create a world-class learning environment that prepares students to be global leaders. The facility designed by 3XN Architects, meet the growing demand for advanced learning spaces, particularly focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. It will also provide a new community space for Year 11 and Year 12 students, fostering collaboration and innovation. The project includes the Campus Commons – a significant garden lawn and amphitheatre connecting the SIP precinct to the rest of the campus. Key features of the SIP include:

  • Specialist and hyper-specialist learning areas;
  • Dedicated spaces for Robotics and Makerspaces;
