Pier Property Corporation (PPC) is proud to have led the Project Management of Quay Quarter Tower (QQT) across all stages of the project commencing in 2014 and covering:

  • Procurement of Main Contractor
  • Construction Services and Site Superintendent

PPC were selected via competitive tender to partner with AMP Capital to complete the project management services for the redevelopment of AMP’s landholdings at Circular Quay in Sydney in August 2014. The site comprises the commercial re-development and expansion of 50 Bridge Street, 33 Alfred and a mixed-use development on the site bounded by Young & Loftus streets.

The QQS development represents a world-class mixed-use project providing over 150,000sqm of commercial space, 10,000sqm of retail space, 106 residential apartments and over 4,000sqm of new open space. The centrepiece of the multi-billion QQS development is Quay Quarter Tower (QQT); a 100,000sqm commercial tower designed by Danish Architects 3XN.

QQT was delivered achieving all of AMP Capitals key drivers in April 2014. PPC were integral to the successful outcome over their 8 year role on the project. Our role continues with the completion of the landlord side fitout management.
