Initially commencing with a site feasibility review for “highest and best use” in 2016, PPC’s role has extended to the current authority approval stage of this 90 apartment ILU project.

We have been engaged as both development manager and project manager assisting RELC to develop the design in order to achieve the Stage 1 Development Application (DA) approval and now closing out the Stage 2 DA approval including design amendments to consolidate both stages.

A key aspect of our role to date has been working with RELC to tender and appoint the senior’s living operator and then working closely with the operator to develop the design to align with the sales and marketing requirements.

We are currently mobilising the design team to prepare the design development documentation to enable contractor procurement and then move into the project management and the site superintendent role to deliver the project.
