In 2023, Pier Property was proud to be awarded the Project Management role for SSC’s expansion of their Junior and Senior School, including a range of operations within the existing school structures, as well as the construction of new facilities. The primary goal is to enhance and expand the Educational Facilities, providing students with modern, state-of-the-art learning environments.

At the Junior School, a new covered outdoor area with vertical circulation links, leading down to the oval and surrounding spaces, is currently under construction.

For the Senior School, Pier Property is leading the development of a state-of-the-art Sports Centre boasting three courts, a gymnasium, change rooms, staff facilities, and offices. A brand-new Aquatic Centre is also being built featuring a heated outdoor pool designed for water sports and swimming lessons, complete with amenities and shaded bleachers accommodating up to 250 children and spectators.

The construction of the new basement carpark is strategically positioned between existing structures, presenting a complex yet essential addition to the Project. This involves integrating the carpark into the existing topography, with careful consideration for excavation depths and structural integrity.
