Pier Property Corporation (PPC) is excited to announce the commencement of the construction phase for the Grey House Precinct project at Pymble Ladies’ College.  A soil-turning ceremony was held earlier this month to celebrate this milestone.

The Grey House Precinct development will deliver world-class educational and co-curricular learning spaces.  It will provide a new home for girls in Years 5 and 6, a dance academy with six new studios, out-of-school hours care, and an early learning centre for children from 12 weeks to 6 years of age. A new purpose-built health and wellbeing centre will also be created within the Precinct. The Years 5 and 6 Junior School component will provide high-quality general and specialist learning spaces, with a focus on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).

PPC has worked closely with the Pymble Ladies’ College team over the past 18 months to achieve this project milestone and we look forward to continuing to support Pymble Ladies’ College and working Stephen Edwards Constructions to successfully deliver this project for the Junior School students.
