PPC as the Project Manager for AMP Capital’s Premium Grade Office Tower, Quay Quarter Tower in Sydney are proud to be part of AMP Capital’s world class team where in a project like no other, demolition is coming to an end, kilometres of services and tonnes of steel and concrete continue to be placed internally all while the facade is being installed on all elevations.

At present, block four of the tower’s 5 stacked and rotated volumes is underway as a way of extending the floor plate of the retained two-thirds of the existing building, which is just one of many of the building’s sustainability features. These five separate volumes with an interconnected atria in each, provide those all-important views of Sydney’s harbourside and bring daylight deep into the work spaces whilst enabling self-shading of the northern façade from harsh afternoon sun.
