Since the commencement of the planning approval phase, PPC has partnered closely with RELC, providing comprehensive project management services. Our role has included managing planning approvals, coordinating design development, overseeing the early works demolition, and now leading the construction delivery phase.

The Riverly represents an exciting addition to the West Ryde community, delivering high-quality independent living accommodation designed to support over-55s in a connected and vibrant environment.
