ISPT appointed PPC as Project Manager to partner with them and Consultant team to deliver their Health and Life Sciences Hub at Camperdown. Positioned on a 6,000sqm site acquired from St John’s College at the University of Sydney, this landmark development is set within the rapidly evolving Camperdown Health, Education, and Research Precinct (CHERP).

The project will transform Sydney’s Inner West by integrating world-class healthcare and life sciences research facilities, fostering innovation and collaboration. Located between Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and the University of Sydney, the hub is designed to meet growing healthcare demands and drive economic growth, creating stronger partnerships across Australia’s leading medical and educational institutions.

Our role commenced when ISPT took control of the site via a Project Delivery Agreement (PDA) with St John’s College. PPC has led the consultant team to develop a scheme to enable a concept State Significant Development Application (SSDA) to be lodged to the State Government. Following Authority Approvals, PPC will progress design development, contractor procurement and delivery of the project as Site Superintendent.
